Service Details

Asbestos Services

Asbestos is a mineral fibre used in several building materials that is fibrous in structure and resistant to fire and acid. We provide comprehensive asbestos surveys, project management, and air sampling services.

Services include:

  • Asbestos Survey: Detailed inspection and sampling of materials suspected to contain asbestos
  • Asbestos Project Management: Overseeing the removal by qualified contractors
  • Asbestos Air Sampling: Collection of air samples to identify concentration of airborne fibres

Mould Assessment

Moulds are a type of fungi that can grow indoors when there is a source of moisture. During growth, some types of mould release mycotoxins, which can provoke allergic reactions.

How we can help:

  • Mould Assessment: Detailed assessment for areas of mould growth
  • Project Management During Abatement: Overseeing the removal of mould-contaminated materials

Indoor Air Quality Assessment

Indoor air quality refers to the air quality in and around buildings as it relates to the health and comfort of building occupants. We identify issues and provide long-term solutions.

Parameters tested: Temperature, humidity, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, respirable particulate, volatile organic compounds, and formaldehyde.

Designated Substances Report

Building owners are required by law to provide an inventory of the location and condition of any designated substances prior to construction projects. We provide detailed reports and oversee required abatement.

Lead Assessment

Lead is commonly found in paint, solder, glazes, and other materials. We provide detailed assessments including sample collection and recommendations for remedial action.

UFFI Air Sampling

Urea-Formaldehyde Foam Insulation (UFFI) testing to determine formaldehyde concentrations in your home and identify if wet or deteriorating UFFI needs removal.

Spray Foam Air Quality Testing

We provide physical and air quality testing to assess whether spray foam insulation has been applied properly and is not releasing toxic chemicals.
